Vendors and Suppliers
At Ideal Liaisoning, we are looking for vendors and suppliers with an extensive experience of at least 12 years who can provide various materials, equipment and all type of supplies to project development teams. The minimum requirement states that the vendor is expected to possess all necessary equipment that is commonly used in property construction projects.
Also, the vendor/supplier should be willing to work with other project related professionals such as architects and structural engineers. We believe that the vendor plays the most important role in project completion and hence needs to be ever prepared for fulfilling the various requirements of the same.
Responsibilities
Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in business development and proposal writing/methodology creation, and a
- Supply the project with a range of products such as equipment, raw material and machines.
- Understand and follow the local regulations pertaining to supply of goods and materials.
- Closely coordinate with engineers and consultants in accomplishing a building project in order to choose the right equipment.
- Try to optimize project costs without compromising on the quality of the materials and equipment.
- Ensure that the project is getting a constant supply of all type of required hardware and raw material at all operational times.
Skills/Experience
- Should have relevant knowledge of all the equipment and material used in project development.
- Should be clear in communication so that project requirements are met correctly on time.
- Should be able to suggest hardware/raw material in case there is any gap in understanding requirement specification by other professionals.
